Annual Band Fundraiser
Timeline for the fundraiser:
Items go on sale Nov. 8th and should be turned in by Nov. 27th.
Please submit family order totals on the Google Order Form.
By Dec. 1st each family will receive an “amount owed” from the fundraiser. We ask that you send one check, made out to Tremont Bands, to Mr. Hillrich for that amount before or on the pick-up date.
Orders will be picked up on Dec. 15 between 3-5:00
Each family should come, pick up the items they sold, and make sure they get to the people that ordered from you.
The Tremont Band Parent Association has run this annual fundraiser for a LONG time. The funds used help with equipment, scholarships, travel, and repairs! Thank you in advance for your participation! Students in 6th-12th grade band are asked to participate.
We ask that each band member try and sell $100 worth of gift cards (or turn in $50 in donations). Prizes will be awarded to the three top sellers in each band. Pizza parties will be planned for the bands that meet the group goals.
