Coping Classroom
It's okay to have uncomfortable feelings, like nervousness or sadness. Once you realize you feel that way, the next step is to use a coping skill to start to feel content.

Thoughts of Harm to Self or Others
If someone else has told you they're thinking of hurting themselves or someone else, tell an adult as soon as you can. You can tell any adult you trust for help, including everyone who works at school.
