Attention ALL Wrestlers!

Make sure you have an UPDATED Physical and Concussion Awareness Form in the health office.

All forms and team fee MUST be submitted online through POWERSCHOOL - “Forms” under Athletic Department Submissions

Parents follow these instructions

Challenge yourself! The Emerson Wrestling Team will be starting December 3rd (Tuesday). 

Practices will be on Monday, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays after school from 3:05 to 4:50. Wrestlers will learn technical maneuvers to take down, turn and pin their opponents.  Parents will pick up their wrestler at 5:00.
