Parents follow these instructions
Challenge yourself! The Emerson Wrestling Team will be starting December 2nd (Tuesday).
Practices will be on Monday, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays after school from 3:05 to 4:50. Wrestlers will learn technical maneuvers to take down, turn and pin their opponents. Parents will pick up their wrestler at 5:00.
