As the students and staff of East Middle School transition into the second and last semester of the year, so do the children; new lifestyles, new interests, and new events. But since the change of time, East students have suddenly been suspected of suspicious activity within 6th Grade Social Studies in Mr.Hansens room. Many people have wondered what has happened since the end-of-quarter assembly that marked the beginning of a new era, but it has since become apparent that this new era is one in which 6th Grade Challenge Students have unintentionally summoned the Chinese government, posing a threat along the entire school as they prepare for what is to come.
The scandal first began during the outrageous, exciting assembly that EMS holds during and in between each semester of the school year. As students and teachers claim, this day is always one of incredibly loud fun, in which students get to participate in intense sporting events such as volleyball, and cheer for awesome award announcements. Normally, these assemblies would be considered fun and a good time for mingling, though the second quarter assembly proved much more brutal than the last. It was a dangerous dodgeball tournament in which students and teachers battled against one another to knock down the other team for a meager yet powerful prize of reputation.
Many students enjoyed the game of dodgeball, and were grateful for the one and only opportunity to inflict pain upon other students without excuse. However, many other students and teachers began to have fun, only for that feeling to be demolished as they realized a darker secret within 6th Grade Challenge students. Taylor Glover and Mya Martin were specifically interviewed after reporting suspicious activity:
“He threw the ball so hard that it lit on fire, and when it hit the kid, he fell and broke his arm,” Glover told us broodingly.
“He’s trying to eliminate students from this class, so he doesn’t have to deal with the students,” Martin guessed.
“I have a huge conspiracy theory,” Glover continued, “Mr.Hansen’s challenge class was recruited by the Chinese government to take over his classroom and become the dictators of East Middle School. Just like how they collect your data through TikTok.”
The incident that these students have reported occured when Mr.Hansen took this dodgeball game to 100, and injured multiple students by throwing the balls with such force. Those who took notice of this during the game have continued to talk about his paranoia within the Social Studies classroom, doing things such as putting up secret video cameras, slurring and whispering to himself, and sitting in the corner with knees pulled to his chest, rocking back and forth.
Finally, after investigating, Mr.Hansen told us about the Chinese government. Apparently, after assumptions from the students, Mr.Hansen’s class unintentionally contacted the Chinese government, and he is afraid that the school may be in possible danger. This fear has completely changed him, and it is beginning to affect students. Martin explained she is afraid Mr.Hansen is gonna continue freaking out and leak unimportant information, and Glover is afraid for his health (“He’s insane, he need to be in an insane asylum.”)
So far, nothing has occurred, although Mr.Hansen’s condition has worsened everyday. The student’s worries about the Chinese Government have faded away, and now, everyone is only waiting for Mr.Hansen’s health to recover. Although, he keeps on muttering to himself, saying that they are coming. Are they?
