Shallot gets new crew; Somerville Disappointed

After the quick break the Shallot was forced into acquiring a new team. Somerville made his best effort to recruit the best and the brightest young writers of East Middle School, but the admin and counselors made it their job to find completely random people who have no experience whatsoever. Heading into the second interaction of the publication, Mr. Somerville was hoping to turn the shallot into a legitimate newspaper. The Shallot interviewed Mr. Somerville, “I was really hoping for a little more sophistication this time around, you know, some real journalists. They gave me this Kirkegaard kid and at first I thought he was going to be some kind of Danish philosopher, turns out he is just some funny kid from Junction.” As it turns out, Cameron isn’t one of the new members and we will probably need to write an article about Mr. Somerville losing his mind in general.

Nonetheless, readers can continue to look forward to having a regularly published collection of nonsense.
