The HKCO Survey was given in the fall of 2021. It is given every other year to randomly selected schools and students. All schools have the option to complete the survey but the randomly selected schools are encouraged to complete the survey. The survey is given online and parents have the option to opt their child out of the survey.
The Smart Source Survey was given in the fall of 2021. This is a school level survey to inventory the schools policies and practices in relation to The Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child Model. Results of the survey are used to improve the schools health practices.
