Because our middle school offers three unique learning pathways—CREATE, RISE, and SOAR—we also ask all families to complete a Program Preference Form in addition to their enrollment form. This form helps us ensure the best possible placement and programming for each student.
Please note: Completing the Program Preference Form does not affect your enrollment eligibility or lottery status; it simply helps us understand your child’s interests and learning style as we build our classes and experiences for the upcoming year. Please fill out both forms if you are applying to IACS.
