Greatness in teaching is what makes the difference in children's lives. With this greatness comes many qualities: willingness to put in time, love for the age of students they teach, effective classroom management style, positive relationships with others, ability to find solutions when there seems like a sea of obstacles and passion for growing. It is with great honor that this coin goes to Mollie Fauver.

Mollie continuously goes above and beyond the qualities that make great teachers. She is constantly putting her students as the top priority through conversations with colleagues such as brainstorming how to help each child as well as developing lessons that will meet every student’s needs. She adores her students as if they were her own and is always finding great ways to celebrate their hard work throughout the year.

Mollie finds the bright spots and turns every situation to the positive, never giving up hope that there is a way to accomplish the task. Mollie is continuously learning in order to develop her craft and be the best she can be to serve her students. You may hear her say, “ What do you think of this...I saw this on Pinterest.” She never rests and her students are the most important people in the world to her. Mollie, to the world you are a teacher, but to your students you are a HERO!!!
