Get Involved - "Red Shirts"

At Wredling we refer to our "as-needed' parent volunteer force as Red Shirts*.  As volunteer opportunities arise, the first
e-mail is to the Red Shirt distribution list asking for volunteers. These emails will contain a Sign-Up Genius link along with a description of the event and specific dates/time slots. If the volunteer opportunity is of interest to you, you may sign up at that time. We appreciate your participation. Our efforts together will make a significant positive impact on the students of Wredling. Please contact the PTO Board if you have any additional questions. Whether you sign up for one  event or multiple events, your time is always appreciated!

A few examples of when we utillize our Red Shirt volunteers:

• First few days of school

• Copying & laminating for our staff

• Helping out at our Book Fair

• many more!

*Our volunteers are required to wear a RED shirt in order to help our students identify who to go to for assistance. You may wear one of your own shirts that is red in color.
