Special Someone

Roses are red, violets are blue, sugar is sweet and so are you. There are so many different versions of this classic poem, and so many people use this poem to ask someone to be their valentine. But what a lot of us don’t know is that a poem should come from the heart and not google. So take a moment to read this and then take a piece of paper, write something from the heart and mail it to however you want to.

Christmas is all about Santa, presents, and religion. 

Thanksgiving is all about giving thanks.

Halloween is about costumes and candy.

But which day is filled with love and the butterflies?

Valentines day.

There are hearts and chocolates, red roses and candles.

Love and joy, sparkling eyes and butterflies.

Love notes and I love you’s.

But when you can’t stop looking at that one person.

The love bug has hit you.

So you have this special someone in mind.

And you might not know what to do.

So write your special someone a note.

That comes from the heart.

Write a poem about how you feel when you see that person.

Maybe that person is the one that you wanted to find.

And anyone who tried to deny you must be out of their mind.
