What To Do If You Lose Your Permit

Go to any DMV office and get a new one. It will cost $5 for a new copy of your permit. Make sure to bring copies of identification and proof of residency.

Checking Your Status to Obtain your License

Go to Secretary of State Website

Enter Permit number

If no record of your completion is found, please stop by the PE office (Room 337)

NOTE: Please remember that program completion data may take up to 1 month to show up in the system.

When Can I get My License?

Students are eligible to get their licenses 9 months and 1 day from the date their permits were issued to them provided that they have passed both classroom and behind the wheel portions of Driver Education.
