2:15 EARLY DISMISSAL
Teams: Central High School, Wheaton North, West Aurora, St. Charles East, Niles North, Metea Valley, Kaneland, Huntley, Geneva, Downers Grove South, Crystal Lake Central, Victor J. Andrew, Geneva
Location: Central High School, 44W625 Plato Road. Burlington, IL 60109
Date and Time: Friday March 13, 2026. The track will be open at 3:30pm. Due to time of day, teams will not be able to enter the building until 3:30pm. Field events will begin at 4:30pm, running events to start at 5.
Athletic Trainer: We will have an athletic trainer on site during the meet. Please bring your own equipment such as tape if needed.
Entries:
All entries must be completed online at athletic.net
Deadline is 3/12 @ 10:00 pm. Please enter the athlete's best mark.
Timing: Timing company is River City Race Management (https://raceresultsplus.com/)
Admissions: All spectators can purchase tickets online or cash will be accepted. Tickets can be purchased by visiting: https://gofan.co/app/school/IL15435. Ticket prices are $6.00 adult, $4.00 students/children, $3.00 senior citizens.
Concessions: CHS Booster Club will be selling concessions. NO food in the fieldhouse and ONLY water allowed in. All other food and beverages should be kept in the seating area outside of the fieldhouse doors.
Blizzards: Central Boosters will be selling Dairy Queen Blizzards at this meet out of the concession stand. All proceeds will go to supporting Central Track and Field. Each blizzard will be $6 and will be cash only for purchase. Thank you for supporting Central Track and Field.
Team Camp: Team camps will be located in the main gym across from the field house. All teams will be expected to clean up their area after the meet. NO SPIKES are allowed to be worn outside of the field house, please tell your athletes!
Photographer: Central Track and Field has partnered with Kristof Mariahazy and his company KristofM Photography who will have a photographer capturing the meet. Photos will be available for free to Central Families or can be purchased in a digital gallery for visiting teams on the following website: https://kristofmphotography.mypixieset.com/
Dick Pond Athletics: Dick Pond Athletics will be joining us for this meet and will have a selection of both spikes and trainers for athletes to try on and purchase.

Running Event Info: We will have a rolling schedule with announcements being made as the meet progresses. Times listed below are estimates, if the meet runs fast, we will start events earlier than the listed time.

4:30 pm All Field Events (LJ, TJ, & PV are Spiked Events. High Jump and Shot Put will be Tennis Shoes only)

Running Event Check In: Athletes will check in prior to their race in the far NW corner of the track, by the record boards and near the sprint event start line to receive hip numbers. Athletes will be escorted down the track and assigned to their lanes. After getting their hip number, we ask all athletes to remain in the area underneath the American flag for the clerks to check in athletes for the heats.
After Running Events: Once the athlete finishes their race they will be directed out of the fieldhouse and back to their team camp. Athletes will be asked to remove their spikes after their race is completed and exit the track.
Fieldhouse Reminders & Important Details:
Only water allowed anywhere in the FH. No other food or drinks.
Athletes should carry their spikes to and from the FH and our Commons/Gyms
Athletes may wear spikes, but only in the FH on the Mondo surfaces. Please help keep all Athletes off the rubber court surfaces and out of the hallways in spikes
No tape or chalk marking are allowed anywhere in the FH. Please bring tennis balls, bean bags, or other non-marking items for your relays if you choose to use them
All Athletes need to enter and exit the FH through the assigned doors
All teams will set up camp outside of the FH. In the main gymnasium bleachers
Please allow spectators to use the bleachers at all times.
We will provide Starting Blocks. Please do not bring starting blocks!
Parking: Please see the map below for parking instructions.
Parking Information: All buses and spectators will enter from Plato Road. There are designated parking areas for spectators shown above. No buses are allowed to park at Central High School. Buses will be directed to drop off and park at Central Middle School.
Spectator Parking: All spectator vehicles (non buses) will park in the spectator lots labeled above as lots 1-3. Each lot is numbered by proximity to the closest entrance into the building at door #10. All spectators please note that the only doors available for entrance into the school are located directly in front of lot #1, closest to door #10.
Bus Parking: Buses are asked to drop off athletes in front of the fieldhouse doors labeled with an “X” on the map, then proceed to Central Middle School’s rear lot for parking.
