09:30 AM Coaches Meeting (scratches only at this time, meet in south squad room)

10:00 AM Field Events

Long Jump – Varsity on the east runway; Frosh/Soph on the west runway (4 attempts, no finals)

Triple Jump – to follow long jump, same runways as the long jump (4 attempts, no finals)

Shot Put – sophomores throw first, then varsity (4 attempts, no finals)

Discus – varsity throws first, then sophomores (3 attempts, top 8 to finals, 3 attempts)

High Jump – varsity, followed by soph (Starting heights - Var 5’7, F/S 4’11)

Pole Vault – varsity, followed by soph (starting heights - Var 10’, F/S 8’)

Running Events:

10:30 AM 3200m Run F/S and Varsity Slow Heats

12:00 PM Lunch will be provided for the coaches. (located in south squad room)
