This is a one-level Freshman/Sophomore Invite

ENTRIES​:

Three (3) entries per school, per event, and one relay team.

SCHEDULE:

04:15 PM Coaches and Workers Meeting in the shed underneath the bleachers by the finish line.

04:15 PM Scratches or event entry changes due at the finish line

04:30 PM Field Events 

Long Jump – 4 attempts, no finals. 2 flights, best flight first

Triple Jump – following long jump, 4 attempts no finals, 1 flight (depending on # of athletes)

Shot Put – 6 Throws (No Finals)

Discus –  6 Throws (No Finals)

High Jump – 1 flight, opening height 1.45m/4’9”

Pole Vault – Sorry, we do not have pole vault facilities

AWARDS:

Medals: 1st thru 6th both individual and relay

Team Trophy: 1st place team will receive the THUNDERBOLT

ADMISSION:

No Admission fee

RACE CHECK-INS:

Race Check-Ins will be under the tent in the south end zone. Hip numbers on left hip.

Meet Records will be kept after this year. All 2023 event winners will be the first record holders.
