Compete in the State Finals Saturday morning/afternoon.
Arrive back in Tinley Park ~8PM Saturday Night
If you are a parent and planning on attending and staying overnight near Charleston, BOOK HOTELS NOW. ~30k people attend this event.
The school provides athletes some meal money ($60 total per athlete).
Rooms are also provided by the school.
Most athletes bring $40-$80 of extra spending money to make it through the three days.
We eat as a team a few times.
Otherwise, athletes usually eat in small groups.
Breakfast can be purchased in the dorms.
Sheets, pillows, and small towels are NOT provided by the dorms.
No blanket is provided.
