To meet our goal of Global Awareness, we worked with an organization called "Feed My Starving Children" during the first week of October. Fifth grade students had the opportunity to attend this field trip in Schaumburg. Students spent the morning packaging food for families throughout the world. This experience taught students they can give their time to support good causes. We hope the students will continue the act of Volunteering on their own.
