at the beginning of the school year.

Starting July 1, 2024 applications for Fee Waivers for for the 2024-2025 school year will become available in Infinite Campus/Parent Portal. If you do not have access to the portal please contact Denise French at denfre@d219.org or 847-626-2161. Instructions to complete the Fee Waiver Application can be found here.
Fee Waivers are for families who may qualify for an exemption from paying school fees (when applicable).
This is a household application, so please submit only one (1) application for the entire family. Applying online is the ONLY way to receive a reduction in annual school fees and to receive the meal benefit.
The School Fee Waiver covers:
School Fees (when applicable. The waiver does not cover Technology Fees)
Driver Ed Fees (During School Year Only)
Course Fees
PSAT and AP test fees
Chromebook damages, ID fees, Technology Fees, and lost books are NOT covered and will need to be paid in the bookkeepers office or online through Infinite Campus.
Students who were eligible for free or reduced priced meals at the end of last school year (2023-2024) will continue to receive free or reduced meals only through September 30th, 2024. Parent/Guardians must reapply and be approved for this benefit for the 2024-2025 school year. Those who have not been approved by September 30th, 2024 will pay full price for lunch. As always, the Universal Breakfast is free for all students.
Payment plans are available for the fee balances. Please speak with the Bookkeeper, Christina Kastranakas (chrkas@d219.org) regarding a payment plan.
