PAR is a collaborative program designed by the district and the union to support teachers who are new to the district.  Each new teacher is assigned a PAR consulting teacher (PAR CT) who works with them to improve their teaching practice through observations and instructional coaching. The PAR CT works collaboratively with the curriculum director and the principal throughout the process to ensure each teacher receives the support they need to best serve our students.
