Instructional coaching may be available per the "Additional Handbook Information Regarding Evaluations" section in the D219 District Evaluation Handbook, under Peer Assistance and Review (PAR), section B

"Tenured Teacher Evaluation. Tenured teachers may be referred to the PAR process and assigned to a Consulting Teacher (CT). Once a tenured teacher has been assigned to a CT, that Consulting Teacher shall make regular reports to the PAR Panel on that teacher's progress.
