All Seniors are invited to a kick off their last week of school with a lunch during their lunch hour or upon the completion of their morning AP exam in Goins stadium.

Seniors' Last Day

The last day of classes for seniors is THURSDAY, May 16th.  GRADUATION IS MAY 22ND!!

Visit your elementary school alma mater!   Share your graduation pride with your elementary school by clicking on your school name to sign up.   More schools will be added, so check back frequently!

Final Transcripts and Immunization Records

Directions on sending Final JHHS Transcript To Your College:

If you haven’t already done so, please order  your “final” transcript.  To request your transcript, follow these simple steps:


 If you request your final transcript between now and June 12th, you will need to select "Hold For Grades.” If you request your transcript after June 12th, select "Send Now.” 

 

Transcripts will be released by mid June.  

As of August 1st, you are considered an “alumni” and there is a fee for each transcript ordered.  If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the Registrar, Mrs. Schwichtenberg, at 847-718-4964.  


Transferring credits to your College:

DUAL CREDIT: 

In order for you to receive credit toward your future college degree, you will need to request an official transcript from Harper College or the University you have been dual enrolled in for your Dual Credit class. The transcript should be sent to the college or university you  plan to attend next school year. 

To request your transcripts please click on the link below:

 Harper College 

Eastern Illinois University (for Education Clinical dual credit class)

North Central Community College (for Intermediate Chinese I and II)

College of Lake County  (for Horticulture Accel I and II  classes)

There is a fee associated with this, but it is minor compared to the tuition you will be saving. 

Please note: Grades for classes taken this semester will not be posted to your  transcript until after June 2nd.


AP COURSE: 

Go to your College Board Account and send your AP scores to your University. 

Step 1: Sign in to My AP using your College Board account.

Step 2: Select My AP Profile.

Step 3: Select the Score Send tab. Click on the tab that says Score Send. 

Step 4: Find the college or university you want to receive your scores. Start typing in the name of your college or university. When it appears on the list, select it and hit Save. You can be proactive and check your college or university website to see which AP test and scores give you credit.  


In need of your immunization records?   You may need theses for college or future jobs!  Simply log into Infinite Campus and take screenshots of your immunizations.  You will have access to Infinite Campus until August 10th.
