Prom 2026 - FAQs
Tickets sales will be open April 10 - April 25 (11:59 pm) and can be purchased on GoFan.co. Cash ticket sales are allowed with the Bookkeeper before and after school or during lunch. Cost is $90.00 per person. All ticket sales are final and non-transferrable to friends.
Doors open at 6:30 pm and dinner will be served at 7:00 pm. Prom will end at 10:30 pm. All guests must arrive by 8:00 PM. If you leave Prom, you will not be readmitted.
Any EGHS junior or senior (provided no outstanding obligations or detentions) can attend Prom. Freshmen and sophomores can attend if accompanied by a junior or senior. EGHS Freshman and sophomores do not need a guest form, but the hosting junior or senior must purchase the ticket for the freshman or sophomore.
Non-Elk Grove students can attend prom if accompanied by an EGHS junior or senior and are under the age of 21. Approval forms must be filled out online by Tuesday, April 28th at 3:30 PM. Limit one guest per Elk Grove Student. Guests will not be admitted to the EGHS Prom without the online approval form.
You must present your link at Prom to “redeem” your ticket and gain entry. No Screenshots. If a parent or guardian buys a ticket it must be transferred to the attendee’s email address or phone number. Tickets are emailed after purchase from GoFan.co.
Table seating selections will take place on Wednesday, April 29 from 7:45 am - 8:15 am, 11:25 am - 1:40 pm, and 3:10 pm - 3:30 pm right outside the Foyer Conference Room. Prior to selection, please have one person from your group (maximum of 12 people per table) fill out the “Table Selection form.” Smaller groups may be combined with other smaller groups (ex. Group of 4 may be combined with a group of 8). Any students that do not register for a table on the table selection day will be randomly assigned a table. No table changes can be made after the table selection day. You MUST sit at the assigned table for dinner, or you will be asked to move to the correct table. Most tables will be full so sitting at the wrong table will result in someone losing their seat.
