Official Transcripts will be send through Schoolinks.

• Transcripts are automatically requested once you add a college to your College Application List in Schoolinks.

• INSTRUCTIONS: Use the College Application Manager guide to add your applications.

See these instructions to request a transcript be sent to something outside of a college application (ex: NCAA, scholarship, etc)

Some colleges require a quarter grade report. Since these are not official grades, they cannot be sent through Schoolinks.

• Students can download a pdf copy of their quarter grade report in Infinite Campus. To access them, click on Documents from the left tab. Then select under the Report Card heading.

Some colleges require a mid-year report, mid-year transcript or seventh semester grades.

• Any required counselor documents (including mid-year transcripts) will be auto-requested in Schoolinks. As long as you have added the school to your Schoolinks Application Manager, the request will be sent to RMHS.

• If your school does not automatically require a mid-year transcript but they have asked you for one, email your counselor to ask that they send one. Please list the school(s) you would like the transcript sent to. Note: Many schools do not want or accept midyear (7th semester) reports (transcripts), so only request them when they ask you for one or if it's optional and you would like one sent.

All colleges require a final transcript. This includes your senior year grades and proof of graduation. We will walk seniors through these instructions towards the end of senior year. 

• ALL final transcripts should be requested through the Schoolinks Year End Activity (even if your counselor sent your initial transcript through the Common App). In that activity, you will indicate an enrollment decision (where you plan to attend in the fall). That tells us where to send your final transcript.

• Please note: Indicating an enrollment decision in Schoolinks DOES NOT notify the college that you plan to attend. You need to also commit to the college (work with admissions or follow the college’s instructions to commit).

• Transcripts will be sent mid-June. After that, if your plans change, you will have to request a transcript through Parchment.

Initial Transcript: Transcript with grades for all semesters completed when you apply (usually through junior year if you apply in fall of senior year).

Mid-Year Transcript: Transcript with first semester senior year grades.

Final Transcript: Transcript with all senior year grades and proof of graduation.

Unofficial Transcript: Transcript that a student can download and send on their own. This is not sent from a school official but is still accepted for scholarships and some college admissions.
