Ticket Information
The ticket cost is $90.00 per couple and $45.00 for a single ticket. A ticket is necessary for admittance to prom regardless of the time of arrival. Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be issued. At the time tickets are purchased, the following information must be provided.
Confirmation of BGHS pre-registration receipt (this will allow us to have all guest information in advance to speed up process)
Tickets will NOT be sold without pre-approval confirmation.
Prom tickets will be sold one week only, May 3-7 at 8:30 – 9:30 AM in the Buffalo Grove High School Main Foyer. Enter through door 1 so that you can be temperature checked to enter the Main Foyer.
Prom Ticket Purchasing Procedure
Tickets will be sold on a first come, first serve basis since tickets will be sold all week long. It is important to note that tables will be located on the track in the stadium and all will be approximately equidistant from the DJ therefore it is the opinion of the Junior Class Board that “all tables are good tables.” THERE IS NO NEED TO BE THE FIRST TO BUY A TICKET. We will be able to accommodate everyone who wants a ticket to prom.

Will I still be able to sign up as a group?
Yes. Groups will include 8 people per table. Your TABLE will be able to purchase together.
Do I need to be present to buy my own ticket?
No. Once again, due to numerous school and personal obligations, students may purchase tickets on behalf of others. You may only buy one table of tickets. Another student may purchase the tickets provided that all of the necessary information is in the possession of the purchaser.
What are the forms of accepted payment?
We will accept cash, check (made payable to BGHS) or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).
Organizing Your Prom Group
Table selection will be made when you purchase your Prom ticket. A floor plan of the tables is provided for reference below. If you wish to sit at a table with friends, purchase tickets together – seats CANNOT be saved (tables seat 8 people). You may bring IDs from other students in your group and buy tickets for them if they cannot attend ticket sales. Limit one table. Table numbers will remain in effect however, BGHS reserves the right to space the tables according to current IDPH guidelines for outdoor gatherings. Final table set-up/spacing will be made prior to the day of the event.
