New Student Registration
New Student Registration (K-8th grade)- New Student Registration appointments for the 2026–2027 school year will be available after All-District Registration.
New families must register by scheduling an appointment through the CCSD 168 Calendly. New student registration is completed in person at the District Office:

Please bring the following required documents to your appointment:
Three (3) proofs of residency with your current Sauk Village address
Current physical examination and immunization (shot) records
Parent/guardian photo ID
Student's birth certificate

If you are registering a new student who will be attending Blossoms Early Childhood Center, please contact the Blossoms Building Secretary, Ms. Tamla Gilbert (708) 758-4762 ext: 421 , to complete the registration process and sign up for an available screening date.
