Policies:

1. Ticketing & Admission:

   • A confirmation email of ticket purchase is required for entry to all events

   • Confirmation emails must be presented to the front desk upon re-entry to the building

   • Tickets are refundable up until one day before the event begins or if the event is cancelled

   • Children under 3 years old may be admitted free if seated on a parent’s lap

2. Security & Safety:

   • All bags and personal items are subject to search upon entry

   • Metal detectors are in use at all entrances

   • Emergency evacuation plans are in place and clearly communicated in case of an emergency

   • Smoking is prohibited inside the arena; designated smoking areas are available outside

   • No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the arena

3. Behavioral Expectations:

   • Offensive language, disruptive behavior, or harassment is not tolerated

   • Aggressive behavior or violence will result in removal from the arena

   • Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas, and intoxicated individuals may be removed

   • Fans must remain seated during certain events or shows unless specified otherwise

4. Parking & Transportation:

   • Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis

   • No tailgating or overnight parking allowed in the arena parking lot

   • Public transportation options and shuttle services may be available depending on the event

5. Prohibited Items:

   • Weapons, large bags, and items considered dangerous or disruptive are prohibited

   • Laser pointers, drones, and selfie sticks are not allowed

   • No video recording or professional photography is allowed without permission from the event organizers

6. Food and Drink:

   • Outside food or beverages are not allowed unless for medical reasons

7. Lost & Found:

   • Lost items should be reported to the guest services desk or security staff

   • Wavecrest Arena is not responsible for lost or stolen items

Amenities:

1. Seating:

   • 3,500 seats for sporting events and 2,655 seats for live shows 

   • Accessible seating areas available throughout the arena

   • Comfortable seating with good views of the stage or court

2. Food and Beverage:

   • Full-service concession stands offering snacks, drinks, and meals

   • Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase

   • Specialty food stands offering local cuisine or event-themed foods

3. Restrooms:

   • Ample restroom facilities, including family and accessible restrooms

   • Cleanliness and sanitation are regularly maintained during events

4. Parking:

   • Ample on-site parking 

   • Accessible parking spots for individuals with disabilities

   • Electric vehicle charging stations in the parking lot

5. Box Office:

   • On-site box office for ticket purchases and event information

   • Online ticketing options available through the arena’s website

   • Will-call window for picking up tickets purchased in advance

6. Merchandise:

   • Event-specific merchandise stands for fans to purchase souvenirs

   • Official team or artist merchandise available during events

   • Mobile kiosks selling merchandise during peak times

7. Guest Services:

   • Friendly staff available to assist with event information and general inquiries

   • Lost and found services for misplaced items

   • Special assistance for guests with disabilities or other needs

8. Wi-Fi & Charging Stations:

   • Free Wi-Fi available throughout the building

   • Charging stations located throughout the venue for electronic devices

9. Accessibility:

   • Wavecrest Arena is ADA-compliant, with accessible seating, entrances, and restrooms

   • Wheelchair assistance available on request

   • Handicap accessible seating available 

   • Accessible entrances and seating for people with mobility impairments

   • Sign language interpreters available for select events with prior notice

   • Elevators for easy access to upper-level seating

10. Entertainment and Interactive Areas:

    • Interactive zones for fans, such as photo booths or game areas (depending on the event)

    • Designated areas for pre-event entertainment or meet-and-greet opportunities with performers

11. First Aid:

    • On-site medical staff available during all events

    • First aid stations located throughout the arena
