The Preliminary SAT 8/9 is administered each October to incoming 8th graders as one tool to help determine course placements for freshmen the following academic year.

The College Board is transitioning to a fully digital version of the PSAT 8/9 this year, so we will be providing updated information as it becomes available.  The format, dates, times, and testing locations are all different from what students' older siblings or friends may have experienced in the past.
