Family situation: He is the last person remaining in his bloodline. His father built and ran the complex through the 70’s and passed it on to his only child only weeks before he went missing. His father was never found and was thought that his disappearance had something to do with the cult activity.
Hobbies or loves in his life: He allows cats in and out of the complex and feeds them because his dad had a love for cats.
Bernard Charles is the current owner of the Hill Street Apartment Complex, and is one of the only full time residents. He is 6’ tall and mostly average in every way. He has dark brown hair and a long beard that reaches his chest. He lives his life out of the way of others and doesn’t like to be social often. The only other person who permanently lives there is the handyman. Bernard lives his days mostly alone because he doesn’t have many customers, but also because when his father went missing people assumed it had something to do with the cult activity so people think he has something to do with the cult as well. His days don’t entail much activity, and anything outside of helping the occasional customer and talking to the handyman about what things need to be fixed that day is out of the ordinary.
