OUR PROGRAM
The Matthews Middle School Band Program serves students in the 6th, 7th and 8th grades at Matthews Middle School. Bands are divided by grade level and each curricular ensemble meets daily. Band students also receive small group lessons in a rotating pull-out schedule. Extracurricular offerings include Jazz Band, which meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings starting in the fall.
