Troubleshooting

With any issue, please try these general troubleshooting steps first:

1) Perform a hard restart on the iPad. To perform a hard restart follow these directions:

  • Hold both the circle (home) button at the bottom of the iPad, and the thin power button at the top of the iPad.

  • Keep holding BOTH buttons until you see a white apple appear on the screen (the screen will go black before you see the white apple appear)

2) If the hard restart did not fix the issue, please make sure you are connected to a strong WiFi signal. You can check the signal strength in the upper right corner of the iPad Screen.

3) If you are still experiencing issues:

  • Students at Laura B Sprague School and Half Day School should let their teacher know about the issue the next school day.

  • Students at Daniel Wright Junior High should visit the Technology Office the next school day.
