Conferences with "Meet the Teacher"

Fall 2025 Teacher Conference Information

Dear Families,

Our Fall Remote Conferences are coming soon! All appointments will be scheduled virtually via the Meet the Teacher platform.  

Conference Dates & Times:

• Thursday, October 9 -  Login credential email sent to primary guardian

• Tuesday, October 14, 7:00pm - Conference booking window opens

• Monday, October 20, 7:00pm - Conference booking window closes

• Thursday, October 23 - Conference Day 1

  • Laura B. Sprague 12:30-7:30p

  • Half Day 1:30-7:30p

  • Daniel Wright 1:00-7:00p

• Friday, October 24 - Conference Day 2

  • Laura Sprague 9:00-11:00a

  • Half Day & Daniel Wright  9:00-12:00p

How Scheduling Works

Only the primary parent/guardian contact for your student (as identified in our PowerSchool student information system at the time of registration) will receive an email communication from D103 the afternoon of Thursday, October 9, with your parent login email and code that is needed to gain access to the conference scheduling platform. If the primary family contact has not received the informational email from D103 by noon on Friday, October 10, please contact your student’s school.

Although conference scheduling will not open up until the evening of Tuesday, October 14, please log in to the system before that day to test your credentials. If you need assistance, please reach out to your child’s school through the following emails. Include your full name, your child’s full name, a description of the issue you are having, and someone will help you as soon as possible.

Other Conference Details

• The Meet the Teacher login information will come from the email address: conferences@d103.org. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive it by noon on Friday, October 10.

• Please watch this short video if you need more direction on booking a conference. 

• Only the guardian who is indicated in our system as primary contact will receive the login information emailed from D103. 

• Due to our limited conference availability, we ask that families with two households collaborate to find a time for both parents to attend each conference.

• Families with students at multiple D103 schools will have the option to schedule conferences across all schools with the same Meet the Teacher account.

• Once your conferences are scheduled, you may modify or delete your scheduled appointment(s) at any time up until the conference scheduler closes at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 20.

• Conference length at Laura B. Sprague and Half Day is 15 minutes per conference.

• Daniel Wright families can only schedule two 10 minute conferences out of the five core subjects. You will receive additional information about DW scheduling in a follow-up email.

• Translator services are available upon request. Please contact your child’s school as soon as possible if you are in need of a translator for your conferences.
