Open Zoom > Tap Join Meeting > Select any meeting (it should pop up with meetings you've been to in the past > The 2nd text box is your Display Name, Please Change this to "23 FirstName LastName"(use the same number used in your Gmail address) > Tap "Join Meeting" to get it to Stick > If it starts to join a meeting, hit cancel immediately, you just need to attempt to join to save the name change.
