Pay it Forward

The Pay It Forward Committee is a non-profit organization and student group that plans a pharmacy gala located in the Twin Cities every year in honor of Michelle Mentzer, a 1st year pharmacy student who sadly passed away from leukemia in 2005. Also, at this event, we honor and award a scholarship to 4th year pharmacy student who embodies Michelle's spirit. As a member of this organization, you will have the opportunity to assist in making flyers, fundraising, grant writing, and event planning. During 1st semester we have around 1 meeting per month on top of any events we conduct. As the event approaches, we may have increased meetings and events in the 2nd semester. After several months of hard work, you will get to see the event through its entirety and have a fun evening with colleagues in the College of Pharmacy!
