Exodus for string quartet. The quartet version was premiered by the Borromeo String Quartet in October 2003.
The piece was commissioned by Rod and Joan Nordell. It is dedicated to all of those forced out of their homelands.

Caged is about the murder of George Floyd on May 25, 2020. This work is also about the children emprisoned at the US/Mexico border during that same time. The work was commissioned by Paula Gudmundson for the 2020 National Flute Association Virtual Summer Series. It is scored for flute and double bass. The work was premiered by Paula Gudmundson (flute) and Joseph Pettit (bass).

Z.O.E. (Zombie Origin and Evolution). The quartet was commissioned and premiered by Crossing Borders Music as part of a documentary on Haitian zombie, the myth, origin and evolution. The work is in 8 movments. We 3 Kings is a three-movement trio for violin, cello and piano. It was commissioned by the Clayton-Jackson-McGhie Memorial Foundation to honor the three men, and mark the 100th anniversary of the 1920 Duluth lynchings. The piece was first performed by the Gitchigami Piano Trio. It is dedicated to all victims of discrimination and persecution.
