Over a six-week course, we bring together residents from across Duluth to cook side by side in a community kitchen. Participants gather for two hours one day each week to learn kitchen fundamentals, the art of flavor and presentation, and the deep satisfaction of creating something beautiful together.
The program culminates in a five-course meal prepared for 20-30 invited guests. Participants shape the menu, contribute their own food traditions, and ultimately take ownership of the final meal they prepare for friends and family.

Duluth Community Cuisines helps our community bridge the gap between food access and the utilization of food. We want to teach others how to effectively prepare the food that comes into their home, while building a strong sense of community connection at the same time.
