D-EDGE, 66 rue des Archives, 75003 Paris, France (hereinafter referred to as ‘we’ or ‘us’) is responsible for processing your data and attaches the utmost importance to respecting the protection of the personal data of applicants to its job offers (hereinafter referred to as ‘you’).
In order to provide You with complete and transparent information on how we use your personal data and on the various rights that You may exercise, we have drawn up this privacy policy.
What is personal data?
Personal data is information that enables You to be identified, either directly or indirectly. This may include your surname, first name, address, telephone number or social security number.
How do we collect your personal data?
We collect your personal data either directly from you or indirectly via recruitment agencies or job boards.
Why do we process your data?
In order to simplify the presentation of the characteristics of the data processing carried out, we present in the table below the reasons why we process your data (purposes), our justifications for the processing (legal bases) as well as the period during which we use them (retention period).
What categories of personal data do we use?
In order to carry out the processing described above, we collect:
Your title,
Your first and last name,
Your email address,
Your telephone number,
Your photo if it is included in your CV,
Your salary expectations and your current salary,
If applicable, your work permit and RQTH,
Any personal data about you included in your CV or covering letter, or communicated during any interview we may have with you.
To whom do we pass on your data?
Your personal data is passed on within our various departments to the only persons authorised, by virtue of their position, to process it, such as members of our human resources department and D-EDGE employees involved in the recruitment process.
It is also transmitted to our partners through whom you submit your application, and to our service provider who supplies our recruitment software.
We may also be required, by virtue of a legal obligation, to transmit your personal data to an administrative authority or an authorised public body (e.g. social security, tax authorities or others).
What are your rights regarding your personal data?
In accordance with the regulations in force, You have the following rights:
The right to ask Us to access your personal data,
The right to request the rectification or deletion of data concerning You,
Where applicable, the right to request a restriction on the processing of your data,
The right to object to the processing. For processing based on your consent, You may withdraw your consent at any time,
In certain circumstances, the right to portability of your personal data.
The right to portability allows You, where the processing of your data is based on your consent or on a contract and is carried out using automated processes, to obtain from us that your data be provided to You in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. Personal data obtained in this way may then be passed on to another data controller without Us interfering.
You may also define general or specific directives concerning the fate of your personal data after your death. General instructions may be registered with a trusted third party certified by the CNIL, while specific instructions may be sent directly to Us.
