The successful candidate should be adept in all aspects of training and development, strong working knowledge of instructional design and its successful implementation, knowledgeable in both traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee Implementation of Strategies and Plan for Recruitment and Onboarding
Execute a proper training program for new hires and update new innovations in the industry for ongoing education within the organization.
Holding the team accountable for their measurables and assisting in ongoing training.
Create action plans or systems needed to make sure that team members and clients are well taken care of
Overseeing all day to day systems and processes of our internal training/coaching division.
Design strategy and set goals for growth
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
Qualifications:
No less than 10 years real estate experience. Preferably someone with team leader or sales manager experience.
Teaching/training experience is a must.
Ability to manage and lead a team of over 200 team members
Vast experience in Google Sheets and Slides
Experience with back to back Zoom virtual conference meetings, as most of your team is working remotely across the globe.
Experience with international diversity in a workplace
Compensation:
DOE, salary starting at $50,000/yearly.
This is a full time, salaried position.
