Event Planner / designer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Planner to join our team. The Event Planner will be responsible for overseeing the setup of event spaces, ensuring all elements are in place and the venue is prepared according to client specifications and company standards. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage logistics efficiently, and a commitment to delivering exceptional event experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for event styling.

• Develop creative concepts and themes for events, ensuring they align with the client’s vision and the event’s purpose

• Oversee onsite setup activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

• Maintain inventory of event setup materials and supplies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event styling, interior design, or a similar role

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with event setup procedures and equipment.

• High school graduate

• At least 21 years old.

• Physical ability to lift (45lbs) and move decor items and work on-site for extended periods

Compensation:

• For candidates with 2 years of experience in wedding planning: $30.00/hour.

• Entry-level candidates without experience: $20.00/hour.
