Event Sales Representative
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales to join our team. The Event Sales will be responsible for selling event space, packages, and services to a variety of clients, including corporate clients, associations, and individuals. Responsibilities:
Showcase venue offerings through photos and presentations to potential clients for various events such as weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, etc.
Understand client needs and preferences to tailor event packages accordingly.
Provide detailed information about available services, amenities, and event options.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the event planning process.
Collaborate with the setup team to ensure seamless execution of events.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the events industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours based on event schedules.
Knowledge of event planning processes and industry trends is a plus.
Must have graduated from high school.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be able to lift 45 pounds on occasion.
Must be available for occasional night and weekend shifts.
Compensation:
For candidates with 2 years of experience in wedding planning: $30.00/hour.
Entry-level candidates without experience: $20.00/hour.
