No parking over sidewalks,the driveway aprons, or on village streets overnight. This is a village ordinance, and you can be ticketed.
No parking non-passenger or commercial vehicles in driveways, unless there is active service or maintenance taking place at the address. This is a by-law of the HOA, and you can be fined or escalating consequences including towing.
Garbage cans must be removed from the curbside on the day of or day after pick-up. The HOA can not be liable for damage to property from wayward bins.
