New plantings may have recently been installed near your unit. Please continue to water to establish these plants and help them thrive! Consistent watering is essential.
15 trees will be added to the neighborhood. Service truck watering was cost prohibitive. We are asking owners to assist by watering these trees at least twice a week by filling up the five gallon bag for weeks with less than an inch of rainfall.
Please note that while the plantings are currently under warranty, any losses due to lack of watering will not be replaced.
The annual garage sale will be held July 24, 25, and 26 - Friday through Sunday. Remember that garage sales in the subdivision on other dates is prohibited.
With the coordinated garage sale, the master association will be adversting the sale for us. This will increase foot traffic and hopefully a profitable weekend!

The meeting will be held at the Plainfield Public Library, located at 15025 S. Illinois Street, Plainfield.
This is the annual meeting and election for the master association board. Please come and learn what the master board is doing and how your community is served by this organization - who service the berm, the entrance monument, the median on Heritage Meadows, the ponds, and the walking path that traverses the subdivision.
