Norton Roofing will be on-site beginning Thursday, May 7th to complete spring maintenance. They will be inspecting every roof.
As you may have noticed, new plantings and/or grass have recently been installed near your unit. In order for these plantings to establish and thrive, consistent watering is essential.
To help manage costs for the community, we are asking owners to assist by watering the new plantings near their units. Hiring a contractor to perform daily watering would result in significant additional expense.
Please note that while the plantings are currently under warranty, any losses due to lack of watering will not be replaced.
Guidelines from the landscaper outlining best practices for watering were emailed to homeowners in April. We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain and enhance the community landscaping.

HVAC Air Duct Cleaning Pricing: $375 per unit (Standard price: $425).
Group Discount: If 20 or more units are booked on any scheduled day, the price drops to $89 per dryer vent and $345 per air duct cleaning. This rate applies to homes that book by May 25th.

Next Association meeting is June 3rd at 6:30PM - Plainfield Police Dept
The Crossings at Wolf Creek Townhome Association Annual Meeting of the Membership has been scheduled for Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. (Please note new start time.) The meeting will be held at the Plainfield Police Department, located at 14300 Coil Plus Drive, Plainfield.
There are three (3) seats up for election – one 2-year term and two 1-year terms. The one-year terms are to complete the terms of two members who were appointed by the Board in 2025. Julia Corkey, Ross DiGiacomo, Dana Loeblich, and Endymion Terrell have all submitted candidate forms. Each candidate will have the opportunity to introduce themselves prior to the election being held.
Enclosed please find a Revocable Proxy. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please fill out the proxy and have another Homeowner bring the proxy to the meeting to vote on your behalf. If you are attending the meeting, you do not need to complete this form. You will receive a ballot at the meeting. Only homeowners attending the meeting or having submitted a timely proxy to another owner are entitled to vote.
Immediately following the Annual Meeting, at approximately 6:45 p.m., the Crossings at Wolf Creek Townhome Association Board of Directors Meeting will be held. At this meeting, the Board will discuss general business. Pursuant to the governing documents of the Association, owners elect candidates to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors will then vote on officers, amongst themselves, during the Board of Directors meeting.
