My name is Chantal-Isabell Wywiol. Caring Words helps you with languages and texts. I work with German, English and French.
This page uses plain English. It has not been checked as an Easy Read version.
Language training: Practise German, English or French for everyday life or a personal goal.
Communication & career: Practise emails, meetings, presentations or a job interview.
Tutoring & learning coaching: Get help with German, English or French at school. We use your schoolwork and practise ways to learn.
Translation & writing: I check, translate or work on suitable texts. Translations are not certified.
Email hello@cwcaringwords.com. Or call +49 1512 0027575. Tell me the language and your goal. For school help, tell me the subject and school year. For a text, tell me the languages, text type and deadline.
Do not send confidential files at first. We will agree which files are needed and how to send them.
The English overview and the Prices page show the prices and how they are calculated. Some text and company projects need an individual offer. An enquiry is not a booking. There is no instant online checkout.
One lesson unit lasts 45 minutes. For language training, you can ask for a free 15-minute introductory conversation. This is a short conversation about your goals, not a free lesson.
The Learning Space is used for approved courses with adults. You get a personal access code when your course area is ready. You can choose German, English or French on the login page.
When your access is active, you can see course information, appointments, homework and released materials. You can ask questions and read personal feedback. You can still contact me directly when you need help. You cannot upload homework files there at present.
Course arrangements are made with a parent or legal guardian.
You can send feedback by email or phone. You can also tell me if you have trouble using this website. Your feedback is not automatically published.
For a course-access problem, use the separate help route on the Learning Space page. Tell me what is not working. Do not send passwords or access codes.
Questions and answers
1. How can I get started?
Look at my services and prices. Tell me what you need help with. You can send a free enquiry. Or book a free 15-minute introductory call. Then we will discuss what you need, how we can work together and whether you need a personal quote.
2. Which languages do you offer?
I offer language training and help with communication at work in German, English and French. School tutoring and exam preparation are also limited to these three language subjects.
3. Is it online or in person?
Both are possible. We can work online. We can also meet in Frankfurt am Main or the Rhine-Main area if we arrange it in advance. We will agree on the place or online platform first.
4. How much does it cost?
You can see the prices on the Pricing page. Business prices are guide prices; you will receive a personal quote. If the amount of work is not clear yet, I will check your request. You will know the price before you book anything.
5. Can I take an official exam at Caring Words?
No. I can help you prepare for an exam run by another organisation. You register with that organisation. It runs the exam and gives you the certificate.
6. Do you provide certified translations?
No. First I check which languages you need, what kind of text it is and what you need it for. If you need an official certified translation, you must contact an authorised translator.
7. How does tutoring for children and teenagers work?
I agree on practical arrangements with a parent or legal guardian. For the first enquiry, tell me the subject, school year and learning goal. Please do not send diagnoses or full school records.
8. How do I get my course materials?
The Learning Space is currently available only to a limited pilot group of adult learners. Caring Words gives you a personal code when your course access has been approved. Do not share the code. If you need help, use the help option on the Learning Space page. Do not send your code or personal course details.
9. How can I give feedback?
The Feedback page tells you how to share your opinion or a concern. You can also email or call me. Your feedback is not published automatically.
