Steps in applying:

1. Log in to your GMAIL Account to access the CWC Job Application Form or else the form will not appear (The CWC Job Application Form can be found on the right side of this website or below if you're using mobile/tablet.);

2. Fill up the CWC Job Application Form;

3. Prepare the following files and upload it in a ZIPPED or RAR format which is NAMED AFTER YOU (example: DELA CRUZ_Position Applying to) in the CWC Job Application Form:

• An application letter addressed to the Executive Director signifying their interest for the position including item number, position title, and place of assignment:

• Fully Accomplished Personal Data Sheet

• Work Experience Sheet

• Scanned copy of Transcript of Records

• Scanned copy of Diploma

• Scanned copy of CSC Eligibility/ PRC Board of Rating/ PRC License/ PRC Certificate (Not Required for Contract of Service)

• Scanned copy of Certificates of Training

• Scanned copy of Performance Rating for the last rating period (For Government Employees Only)

• Scanned copy of Certificates of Employment
