Welcome to First Grade! 

I am so excited to be working with your child this year! 

The 2023-2024 school year will be my 14th year teaching at Shelburne.  I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education as well as a Master's Degree in Education with a concentration in Technology Integration from UVM.  I have taught first grade, second grade and third grade at Shelburne Community School. 

I look forward to ensuring that every child reaches their greatest potential and has fun doing it! I find joy and challenge in helping all children grow as independent and engaged students. I believe in play and creativity and that those will spark curiosity to take on new learning. 

In my free time I love spending time with my husband, Eric, our son Brayden, and daughters Kinley and Hadley. We love to be outside. We enjoy golfing, reading and exploring new places. We also love cooking and baking as a family. 

I look forward to a wonderful year together!
