Soccer is a Fall Sport at Shelburne Community School. It is open to all students in grades 6th - 8th. We have a no-cut policy for soccer. We do expect that all students who come out for the soccer teams understand that their selection to a team (A or B) and playing time will be dictated by the coaching staff's observation of the player's skill level, work ethic, and desire to be a contributing member of the team.

Start Date: August  31st

Meeting place: 

• Week of August 31st:  SCS soccer field

• Remainder of season:  Monday and Thursday at the Shelburne Athletic Club, Tuesday and Friday at the SCS field

Time: M, T, Th, F from 3 - 4:30PM 

Equipment needed to attend practice:

• Activewear - such as shorts and a t-shirt

• Safety equipment - Shin guards and cleats are required if you don't have your own you may borrow them from the school. Students are recommended not required to have and wear a mouthguard while playing this sport.

• Water bottle - please make sure your athlete's name is on this water bottle.
