In Graphic Arts 1 you'll learn how to use Adobe Illustrator to create logos, video game icons, maps, character designs, website layouts, infographics and more.
In Graphic Arts 2 you'll continue to build on your previous skills, while learning Adobe InDesign and making projects worthy of the Publishing Industry. You'll design advertising packages, concert festival posters, zines, brochures, booklets and a Graphic Arts Portfolio you can submit to colleges and employers.
Graphic Arts is cross-credited CTE and Art. The course is also articulated with the Community Colleges of Spokane and provides 2 college credits per semester if you earn a C or better (saving you hundreds of dollars in college tuition!).
