Tryouts
Tryouts will be on August 12th. All potential team members will be asked to run the home cross country course. The course is 5k (3.1 miles) on a grass course. All runners able to complete the course will be on the XC team.Â
In order to compete in races, runners will need to be able to run the course in the following times:
Girls- 33 Minutes Boys- 30 Minutes
Physicals
PIAA physicals MUST be completed and uploaded to RankOne before trying out.

Attendance
Once on the team, team members are expected to be at practice every day. Should you have a conflict (doctors appointment, family emergency) please contact Coach Sweigart prior to practice. Runners who miss an excessive number of practices will not be permitted to race or may be dismissed from the team.
