We know it's frustrating when you need help and feel alone. Although you are learning online, we are here for you! Provided that you maintain close contact with us throughout the course, we'll do our best to use our experience to support you. We will strive to anticipate when and where you will need our help and provide meaningful feedback in a timely manner.
As your course facilitators, we are your first contact for help. If something doesn't make sense or sounds confusing, or if you need some basic guidance using Canvas, let us know through the Canvas Inbox. However, if Canvas stops working for some reason or you're experiencing a technical problem with Canvas, please see "How to get Canvas help" below.
