Look on Google Classroom. The information will be there.
THEN - complete the work you missed. You still need to do coursework even if you are absent. 🤷🏽♀️

What is the difference between a due date and a deadline?
What is the difference between a due date and a deadline?
The Due Date is when the assignment is due. Late work: points will be deducted from assignments turned in after the due date.
The Deadline is the LAST DAY an assignment can be turned in for credit. This gives all students extended time to complete their work if needed. Once a deadline has passed, the assignment cannot be turned in for a grade.
Bottom Line: Turn all assignments in BY THE DUE DATE to avoid late penalties. Need extra time? Turn work in by the deadline if you want credit for the work.

All grades are posted in AERIES. Google Classroom is for information and tracking assignments only. It is rare that you will turn in an assignment in GC. 👍🏽

Because Canyon has RTI time built into our schedule, office hours are by appointment only. You can always email Ms. Brown to request additional help or a one-to-one video chat. It's that easy!
