About Mrs. Huemoeller:
I began my teaching career in Oakland public schools teaching elementary school and made my way up to middle school 18 years ago when I began teaching here at Canyon. In between I spent time teaching children from age 1 1/2 to 18, while spending about 8 years as a stay-at-home mom to our 3 children. I earned my bachelor's degree and multiple subject teaching credential from Chico State University.
When I'm not at school, I love spending time with my family. We love being outdoors and especially love being near water; oceans, rivers, lakes, streams, puddles - you name it! Hiking with our dogs is another one of our favorite things to do. Finally, I am an avid reader, love to do crafts, bake, and play games. What do you love to do?
