6/7th Social Studies with Mr. Emperador

Welcome to Canyon!

I'm exited to have you all in my social studies classes this year!

In 6th grade we will study the development of world civilizations in the Eastern Hemisphere, beginning with Early Humankind and the Neolithic Revolution through the development of the first civilizations.

In 7th grade, we will be building upon what we learned last year and study world history and geography during the medieval and early modern eras.

About Mr. Emperador

Hi Condors! I am so excited to start the school year with everyone!

This will be my 5th year or teaching and my 1st year at Canyon Middle School. Previously, I taught 6th Grade Core at IVCMS in Union City and 8th U.S. History at Piedmont Middle School.

I am excited and honored to be a member of the Canyon community. I look forward to all of us working together as a team to have a successful year. On this site, you will be able to find resources for my 6th and 7th grade Social Studies classes, and references and links.
